En el aeropuerto de Estocolmo tienen esta maravilla de juguete, hecho con piezas de Lego. Me hubiese hecho la foto aunque llegase muy tarde al avión.

To me a “geek” is someone who is intensely passionate about a particular thing. For the average person “geekiness” revolves around something technical, but for me a “geek” can be a “music geek”, “sports geek”, “math geek”, “history geek” or almost any type of person passionate about some topic. A geek, however, usually is normal in other ways. They have interest in dating, friends, family. They have social skills, which involves talking and laughing. They have a “look”, whether it be punk, classic, “comfortable”, or whatever. And often their geekiness in a particular topic overflows into other areas.

¡Hoy es el día del orgullo friki!
Normalmente no me gusta éste término por su sentido peyorativo pero, ¡qué demonios!, un día es un día. A eme, hay que reconocerlo, no le cuesta llamarme friki (creo que con cariño) pero tampoco le hace mucha gracia admitir que su pareja es un tanto atípico y que le encantan, entre otras cosas, mencionar este día. De mi gusto por las camisetas “diferentes”, si eso, hablo otro día…
sticker simpáticos
Pegatinas chulas, simpáticas y muy nerd para añadir al blog. Me ha costado elegir sólo una muestra, estas seis porque la web tiene bastantes más y todas muy graciosas. Me ha gustado, especialmente el sticker de los white russians, la bebida favorita de El Nota.
